We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and complete it within 30 days. If deletion cannot be completed due to legal reasons, we will inform you.

For Discord integrations, we use limited Discord-related data to configure partner servers, issue trading certificates, post certificate notifications to approved Discord channels, verify certificate delivery, and provide support to server administrators.

Discord Bot Data Usage

TraderFlow may operate a Discord bot for partner communities and customer servers. The bot is used to deliver certificate notifications and related verification links to configured Discord channels after a certificate is issued through TraderFlow systems or authorized partner systems.

We do not sell Discord data. We do not use Discord message content or presence data for advertising or to train machine learning or AI models. Unless a feature explicitly requires it and users or server administrators are informed, the bot does not store message content or presence/activity status.

Server administrators may remove the bot from their server or contact support@traderflow.com to request deletion of Discord configuration or certificate delivery data associated with their server, subject to legal, security, and record-keeping requirements.

You may receive updates about our products and services. You can opt out at any time by:
